Keep lifesaving skills fresh between CPR certification renewals.
CPR and First Aid certifications are typically renewed on a set cycle, but emergencies can happen at any time. Our customized staff safety training gives teams an opportunity to refresh essential response skills, review facility procedures, and practice how they would respond to emergencies that could realistically occur in their program. These trainings are perfect for childcare, sports, church and fitness facility environments.
Training can be scheduled as part of a teacher workday, staff development day, annual in service training, team meeting, or new employee orientation. Sessions are tailored to the needs of your center, school, camp, church program, or youth organization.
• Choking response for infants and children
• CPR and AED skill refreshers
• Severe bleeding and basic first aid response
• Allergic reactions and epinephrine awareness
• Seizures, sudden illness, and medical emergencies
• Heat related emergencies and outdoor safety
• Water safety and drowning response
• Emergency communication and calling 911
• Staff roles during an emergency
• Review of your facility’s emergency action plan
• Age appropriate scenarios based on your program and population
Every organization has different needs. Before training, we can discuss your program, staff experience, common concerns, facility layout, emergency equipment, and existing procedures. The session can then be tailored around the situations your team is most likely to encounter.
Training may include guided discussion, demonstrations, hands on practice, and realistic scenarios that help staff build confidence and strengthen teamwork.
Safety refresher and in service sessions are educational trainings and do not replace a required CPR, AED, First Aid, or Basic Life Support certification course unless a certification course is specifically included in your proposal.
Organizations should confirm whether a customized session meets their individual licensing, accreditation, or annual in service requirements. Documentation of attendance and training topics may be provided upon request.
