American Red Cross Adult & Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED Certification Course (Blended Learning) - (AP-HSSSFA516-BL-r.25)

Location: The class will be held in the Bexley Community, in Land O' Lakes, FL . Exact location specifics for this course will be sent upon completion of this registration form and payment.
Blended Learning Format
This is an American Red Cross blended learning course.
Participants will complete approximately 2 hours of online learning before attending the in-person skills session. The online portion must be completed before class and is required by the American Red Cross.
Please note: The American Red Cross requires participants to complete the online learning before attending the in-person skills session. Participants who have not completed the online portion will not be permitted to attend the in-person class or receive certification.

This American Red Cross Adult & Pediatric CPR/AED/First Aid course (AP-HSSSFA516-BL-r.25) provides the knowledge and hands-on skills needed to recognize and respond to cardiac and breathing emergencies, choking, life-threatening bleeding, and common first aid situations.
Participants will learn how to:
• Perform CPR for adults, children, and infants
• Use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED)
• Recognize and respond to choking emergencies
• Control life-threatening bleeding
• Respond to common injuries, sudden illnesses, burns, environmental emergencies, and other first aid situations
The in-person skills session provides guided hands-on practice using professional training equipment and instructor feedback to help build confidence and prepare participants to respond in real-world emergencies.

Certification
Upon successful completion of both the online learning and the in-person skills session, participants will receive an American Red Cross Adult & Pediatric CPR/AED/First Aid digital certification valid for two years.
This certification is commonly accepted by employers in childcare, education, fitness, coaching, recreation, and many other non-healthcare settings. Certification requirements may vary by employer, licensing agency, or organization. Participants are responsible for confirming that this course meets any specific employment or licensing requirements prior to registering.
Registration
Registration is confirmed on a first registered, first paid basis. A spot is not reserved until payment has been received.
After completing this registration form, you'll receive a payment link via text and/or email. Once payment has been received, your registration will be confirmed. Approximately one week before class, you'll receive a welcome email containing your online learning link, detailed instructions for completing the blended learning portion, class arrival information, and everything you'll need to prepare for class.
